whats your favorite?
Me, I like equal parts soy, honey and lemon juice. Works awesome on salmon
Only if I'm drunk and she's ridiculously cute...
Anything with lots of garlic.
We only seranade here, no marinate.
Just last night I marinated a few pork tenderloins in soya sauce, olive oil, lemon pepper, ginger, garlic and onions. It's fantastic cold the next day as well.
3-4 chicken breasts placed in 1 gallon ziploc, pound very thin with a rubber hammer. open bag and add olive oil and soy sauce. close bag and massage it for a minute, then refrigerate at least a few hours if not overnight. throw on grill/barbecue. comes out better than any restaurant chicken.
I use the same marinade (olive oil and soy sauce) with flank steak. holy crap it's amazing when grilled up.
Some brown sugar, rice vinegar, chili sauce, juice from an orange, soy sauce, fish sauce and garlic. Works for steak or chicken.
I baste during the cooking.
How much olive oil and soy sauce
I'm pretty much a purist. Salt pepper maybe some olive oil. I don't like over powering flavored.
With chicken, nothing beats an overnite soak in buttermilk and a quick fry.
Rice wine vinegar, soy, ginger, garlic, and honey.
I just marinated some vodka with orange juice and an ice cube. I'll Let it mellow for a few seconds, and then I'll enjoy it.
Soy Vey Veri Veri Teriyaki - is great on salmon, chicken flank steak or just to kick up stir fry.
I mostly just throw frozen food in the microwave
No, but sometimes I'll wear the same underwear for a few days in a row and forget to shower.
Dale's Seasoning, is a good all purpose marinade. It has all the properties that you have all mentioned. Strong stuff, a little goes a long way. But like @Nachogrande said, I too am a purist with steaks. But this can be used to make lesser cuts, more up to par.
I don't marinate, but have been known to masturbate (not on the food, however).
Soy is a testosterone killer.....Look it up......
Italian dressing.....Worchester......Garlic......Spice and herb...
