Yep same here. There are just some things that set me off. Once I start I will not stop.
I ate four cupcakes for dinner last night.
I knew I shouldn't have gone near them. What the hell possessed me to eat the first one I'll never know.
No, that's not true. I DO know. It is my addiction. After I ate the first one, and it was so damn good, I ended up eating three more. I was so ashamed of myself.
The biggest problem was that these were cupcakes I made for Easter. They had homemade buttercream frosting on them. I could literally just eat that with a spoon.
Plus, they were pretty damn cute, if I do say so myself.
Looks good. Btw you can make buttercream frosting with Keto friendly powdered sweetener.
I carbed up over the weekend but back to being strict. Already thinking about a cheat meal in a week or so
Btw guys. Check out thinslimfoods.com for desserts that are 2-3 net carbs each. They can be pricey but they’re awesome.

Aw, thanks. I never thought about that. However, I have yet to find a powdered sweetener that doesn't have that artificial taste to it. I'd rather just go without.
But, it was totally worth it, right?
And, see?!? That's ANOTHER reason you should have made it clear you were available. I would have met you for dinner and made sure we both stuck to no carbs.
I’ll call it a carb refeed. I only ate pizza a few times but stuck to my fasting schedule otherwise. If anything, I ate fewer calories this week.
Yeah I know what you mean. I’ve been using a mix of Erythritol and stevia. It’s not bad.
i got the worst sweet tooth, 38 days and counting no sugar, the odd granny smith ,when im about to kill..
those for me , i say that tastes like more after the first, they`d all be gone in a day or 2. i cant be tempted, im weak when it comes to sweets. anything else in my life cigs,drugs , booze. i just cut the cord, never again, easy. were moving to the lake full time, shortly so thats gonna help, store`s like 30 miles away , so no compulsive run to the store for garbage.... well lets hope .
Sugar is the biggest drug of them all.

is it just me or with cutting out sugar and minimal carbs i sleep like a rock, waking once a night and a solid 6 or 7 . sugar`d up wake ever 1 to 1.5 hrs .

Truthfully, I think I sleep worse when I’m not having carbs. I usually would fall into a carb coma before, now I’m lucky if I sleep two or three hours a night.
