I probably won't, no idea who any of them are. If Kevin Matthews was on I would for sure though.
I listened to a little of Jeff Deforest when they were off last, but couldn't get into it. Maybe this time around I'll listen to Wuhl, he was decent when he was on before.
Just watched Wuhl's Assume the Position again the other day after not seeing it for years - that is one of the great alternative(without the baggage of that term) comedy specials. Funny shit.
But fuck no, I just want to hear Artie, Sad face and a sprinkle of Rick
I just looked up those 3 guest hosts. Looks like an "all jew" week.
Robert Wuhl seems cool, however..
Bonnie Bernstein was criticized for comments she made against Palestinians in 2008.
Jeff Deforrest, not entirely sure if he's jewish, but he has participated in jewish fund raisers.
He also was convicted in 2002 of bribery:
"Popular South Florida sports broadcaster Jeff DeForrest admitted in Miami federal court on Thursday that he bribed Miccosukee gaming officials to obtain lucrative tribal television contracts.
DeForrest, 50, the dry-witted personality known best for his drive-time morning sports radio talk shows on 560AM-WQAM, pleaded guilty to mail fraud in a scheme in which he kicked back as much as $70,000 to two successive marketing directors for Miccosukee gaming operations, federal officials said Thursday."
His house is also reported to be in foreclosure:
Google is your friend.
No, I can't deal with the replacement hosts.
Robert Wuhl has a lot of good stories but he's a quasi-rapist, and that ain't cool, yo!
Jenny Jones, that talk show host back in the day, used to be a stand-up comedian. While on the road, Wuhl wrestled her onto the bed and held her down. I don't believe he penetrated her, but there was an assault.
I think it was actually Stern who got this revelation out of her.
I'd like to nail Jenny Jones back in the day, right in her big ass.
I wonder if Dan is a jew, that would explain a lot..
If he didn't put his penis in her, it ain't rape.
Whul was great in "Cobb", I might listen for 2-3 minutes.
Jenny Jones seems crazy as fuck, not sure I believe anything that wacko says (she was hot back in the day though)
No, i'm not listening.
I listen for Nick & Artie - no point if neither of them aren't there.
I may check out Robert Wuhl. He was a great guest
Bonnie Bernstein Upskirt.
If this was taped, I probably would watch her.
Holy shit, just tuned in and heard this Bernie Jewstein for 5 minutes. Ugggghh this nasal voice. Dan's there and almost sounds like her twin.
Dan name dropping again: "Harry Shearer is my best friend!" *OFF*
I download the podcast automatically. I tried a few minutes of robert wuhl and bonnie. It's just not interesting at all. It's not funny, it's not fun.
Adam Carolla podcasts are getting me by quite nicely.
The consensus here from those that listened was pretty much negative for all the guest hosts, so I haven't even bothered with any of the shows. Been pretty busy this week so I haven't had time anyway. TV premiere almost here, can't wait for the censorship to begin
I've listened to Robert Wuhl the first 2 days. He's decent. Not as entertaining as Nick and Artie, but he has some good stories and good knowledge and experience in Hollywood. His show is basically just him filling airtime. Which is not difficult for him, he certainly never seems to be at a loss for words. He's doing his job, helping me and other shmucks like myself get through our boring workday with his somewhat interesting stories and commentary.
I like Brock, but he doesn't add much to the show. But then, it's not an entertaining comedy show like Nick and Artie, so probably doesn't suit him that well.
Haven't listened to Bonnie yet, but not expecting much, except run-of-the-mill sportstalk.
Did Wuhl try to keep the topics on sports, or did they just talk about whatever? Maybe I'll check it out.
