I bought one. Waiting for it to be delivered. Darn you infomercials!
How do you like it?
Guy I work with uses it...he's pretty jacked
But he has good genetics
my folks got one in the 90s.. my mom and those damn infomercials. That was back when it was Chuck Norris and Christie Brinklie.
They never used it. I used it a little, but back then I hardly knew how to workout at all. And I had no guidance. So if you cant even do like 20 pushups, Id say dont bother with it.
She also bought that Bun Rocker from Body by Jake. I never used that one.
Christie Brinkley is 60 but looks 35, maybe it is good??
No, I own a stupid elliptical machine and small weights. I also "own" a dog who pulls so hard on his walks, he just about forces me to run.
Edit: and a yoga mat that I pretend to do yoga on. (stretch)
I have one, on mine you can add weights on the bottom. It's cool it does the job.
The dust in your home will appreciate a new surface to settle on.
Nothing beats a regular set of weights with a bench and a squat rack.
I have one and like it. Easy to just go from exercise to exercise. It's a good workout.
or even just bodyweight exercises. If youre not strong enough to really handle weights yet.
Your dry cleaning will have never been hung so well!
I just workout with weights, some yoga thrown in for flexibility and some HIIT or Plyo for a little cardio.
But whatever works for you is good.
chick in your av is a cutie
Do you look muscular enough to make Lucy Pinder want to fuck you? That's the test.
Understatement of indescribable proportions is forgiven since your heart was in the right place
"Bench pressing is a big waste of time, Robin. Women want men with a skinny chest and a nice round hump in their back."
Who says Lucy Pinder is into muscles?
I helped design it. I still have ( and use) the pre-production prototype in my garage
The company I worked for also made this...
Before the freak show, shit storm started, these two were actually very nice people.
Off shore manufacturing back in early 90's, was a fucking nightmare when dealing with the Chinese. Need cheap design costs and labor, while speaking English? South Africa was the go to nation back then.
