Yep! That and the fucking pensions. Such a scam. NBC news did a report on some retired Detroit cop that was freaked out because his pension was in jeopardy due to the city going bankrupt. The dude was 53 years old! Fucker worked like 20 years and expected to take the next 40 off. Could it be that mentality that made the citiy go bankrupt

My grandpa was a Pittsburgh cop that retired in the 70s my grandma still lives off his pension Jesus Christ cops work like a fraction of their life then expect a zillion dollar retirement, fuck that shit

Thats an exaggeration and not always the case. I've been hurt plenty at work and still get up and go in every day. Some scam the system like in any other job and with the social security system as well. For every one living on "easy street" there are plenty more sucking it up and going back to work or those that are off but are genuinely disabled.

For the record I'd love to see all of the scammers nabbed and stripped of their medical pensions. If you can work you should work. Period. Plus the pension system isn't set up to support situations like that over the long haul.

I know! The seat rests aren't on it now. We were taking a long trip when that pic was taken. They really are nice when you're spending hours on end on the thing, but yes, I agree, they look like shit. :giggle: they have been off ever since our anniversary trip.

    You win this round!!! :cuss:
