It was not his best to be honest. Probably 10 good minutes in the hour.
It was ok. The circular stage and spotlight was a bit distracting. Almost as distracting as Louis' body shape.
I was laughing my ass of for the second half. The bit about looking the same at 15 as he does now had me rollin. Then again I am like that and was really stoned at the time. There was one other bit that had me crying I was laughing so hard. I'll watch it again sober and report back.
Howard invented him
Gary must be so proud that "one of our guys" finally made it big last night. That special had been sitting on the shelves of HBO until his appearance on the show, you know.
I've never found this guy particularly funny. So i definitely did not watch.
I'm sure howard will talk about it Monday and lick him a new asshole.
have you seen his previous specials? if not, don't start with this latest one. chewed up, shameless, hilarious, and the beacon show are all much better.
Just caught the second half which I thought was very funny...love him!
How've you been, Sweet Lola?
His old bit about beating up 3 year olds was great. His show was not funny. He's prolly the funniest out there though.
Louie isn't funny?
I loved Lucky Louie. That show was fucking brilliant.
Didn't watch it...but I did watch the lucky Louie marathon...loved that show...deserved a second season IMO.. Norton was great.
For sure not his strongest hour, but still good. I'd say the last 30 minutes were great!
seems like an asshole so full of shit and himself
It was fun and funny! life with louie.
I fell asleep with it on
I took my son to see him in January at the Fox Theater in Atlanta. We thought he was great. Of course not everything that comes out of his mouth goes into history books, but there were a few hilarious moments.
