Poking around online, I found discussion of wearing jock straps every day like underwear, sometimes with a cup too. Anyone here feel compelled to wear a cup into the office? Here an example of someone's commentary- Everyday cup wearers! (erection) hey. i've always worn jockstraps and cups as normal underwear as I practically grew up in them. I wrestled in junior through high school. i play hockey with a couple of friends of mine. it seems to me, if you wear a jock for years (i started early at 13 I think, I'm 23 now) I've noticed it affects your balance as in walking/running around. I suppose after awhile you're so used to being lifted up that it's odd when they're not being supported. anyhow.. I've been trying to wear a cup everyday as they provide solid support that a normal jock could never offer. They're very comfortable (even the flat ones if you wear it right for a short time) but after awhile your balls just scream. it's also impossible for me to sleep with one.. when it presses against me it gets me excited, and i cannot sleep! this issue can never be solved and I have accepted it I've worn numerous cups throughout the years. I must have at least 5 that are different shapes and sizes by different brands. I do find the bike-style contoured cups to be comfortable. I can wear those for sometime before I start to ache. I mainly wear the bike cup on the rink. I think, I've found the cause for the aches. i've recently bought an Itech 200 regular hockey jock. i've noticed the jockstrap built in the short is very different from regular and cup jockstraps. the pouch is very different. where the straps meet the pouch are further up near your balls rather than in between like all the others. I've noticed most of my cups are comfortable in this.. then again this is my first hockey jock. i found these type of jocks while online looking for pads. I'm surprised how it supports you with, and without the cup. I haven't worn this long enough (but tested in the rink) to time test to see if I can wear cups for everyday use within it. the support it offers without the cup is better than a jockstrap alone.. i'm rather surprised by it's design. I was looking into getting a bike pro flex 2 cup (looks like it's shaped correctly, good air holes, and looks cool!) or a banana cup which looks like it could handle an erection (damned annoying in a cup). those 2 cups look like they can take a few puck shots without the fear of shattering, and seem comfortable for everyday wear. asiding all that, I do have some questions for everyone who wear cups everyday.. have you found a cup that fits you perfectly? do you have any recommendations on cups? Ever tried sleeping successfully with a cup?
Of course I do, I couldn't imagine the damage that could be done without it if I had all this junk just flopping and flying all over the place.
I only wore them occasionally when I played soccer. They were very uncomfortable to wear. Luckily I never got hit in the crotch my 4 years of playing. I got kicked in the face once though.
I haven't even thought of those things since high school. what kind of retard wears a jock as daily underwear? jeezbus.
