I suggest SiriusXm (Howard 100 and 101) and Instagram (Beth Stern). I got nothing!

Most recent that comes to mind is "Merlin Bird Id" from Cornell Labs.

It's a FREE bird identification app for iOS, or Android.

It asks a couple of simple questions, and delivers bird matches.

The one thing I didn't like about it is it requires your email address to activate- but as a university, all they send you are Bird Newsletters every couple of weeks- and you have the option to unsubscribe. What's in it for them? The more people that use it, the more bird data they can collect.

If you want to learn more here is a quick video.
