Holy shit that's funny.
There is no way a guy with no teeth is an engineer at Apple.
They got some balls, daring to put out a laptop with no USB ports. I see that USB 3c in the best option out there, but there aren't any devices out for it yet. It's also a downright ripoff to sell the adapter for it for that kind of money. They should had included it for free, or just put in at least 1 normal port. I respect them for pushing the very latest technology, though, but the shameless money grab side of it just turns me off.
That 480p webcam however, I don't understand. The keyboard supposedly sucks, also. I'll never get that race to make everything as thin as possible.
He has three or four, though!
I think he picks Apples.
He looks like someone who would jump out of a trash can at Fisherman's Wharf.
He sure can't eat them.
i bet you thought that was real
You got me.
holy fuck, I can't stop laughing
That IS funny.
get me the vasoline, Robin...
I remember very similar words when they omitted the optical drive in the MB Airs and Pros. I don't think I have needed to use a cd or dvd in 2 years.
Good point. But USB is for everything. I like the new 3.1C plug a lot; it's much better than the current standard, but they shouldn't charge 79 bucks for an adapter. Come on. It should come with the laptop.
I'm not laughing. I'm on a 2006-era 17" MacBook Pro and Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and have no intention of "upgrading"... at the same time, I'm grateful that the Mac OS exists. I got my claws on an AlienWare laptop "for review purposes" and you know what? Windows ***STILL*** sucks. This things has Win 8.1 on it. It's beyond sucky, it's like child molestation during the Super Bowl halftime show, on national TV. A fucking travesty. Microsoft ought to hire the toothless guy because their OS sucks out loud. And has since Windows 2.x, whatever it was. I looked at and thought "This is utter shit" and Microsoft went on to make a zillion dollars pimping their shit OS.
Remember that Macs are a vanishingly small percentage of Apple's bottom line, sorry to say. HEY REMEMBER WHEN APPLE MADE COMPUTERS?
