Think bout it Beth is still legally Ostrosky The wedding that was publicized had no family was in attendance & there has not been a single picture of the supposed real wedding weeks prior. Beth is not exactly camera-shy & I was thinking how weird it is that after all this time there is not a single photo of the "real" wedding anywhere. No discussion of anybody being there either. Me thinks they might not be married after-all (legally)
...theyre as good as married since hes held her out publicly as his wife. she'll do a wifes reaming on him, its over due anyway.
There are a couple pictures of her and Bianca on the grounds of the Hampton's estate that are supposedly from the family wedding. Howard is more protected financially in a real marriage with a pre-nup than in a New York common law marriage.
I think he said something about a blood test and city hall at one point so i think he bought the cow ( the horse in this case ) and gave up the free milk .
Are NYS marriage licenses public record? If so, some enterprising young person can look it up. If they are legally married it would be public record. Or... they might have a different kind of contract. A private one where she's just a "wife" for hire. Now we're entering WINST territory.
I think the fact that Beth doesn't legally change her name shows their marriage is primarily a business arrangement. Howard loves all the write-offs he gets from Beth's stupid "charity" -- the IRS probably owes him money every year.
Common law wife. Even as a kid, I always got a kick out of the trashy connotations that arise with that phrase. Plus, it's perfect for Beffus.
So Howard is already married to Ralph? BTW they don't even pretend that Ralph likes vaginer anymore... In unrelated news Howard knows Ralph has a big cock.
I was gonna say that for legal purposes, it doesn't matter since 7 years establishes the rights of a common law marriage BUT in checking out the time requirements, I found that it actually does matter as NY state does not recognize a couple living together as being in a legal bond no matter for how long.
I'm sure Stern takes every write-off he can, but at his bracket there is no way he still isn't paying yearly
