Developed acid reflux due to work stress and lost 5lbs or so. Now 6'1", 175.

My wife is making turkey meatloaf for tonight. She makes it taste good. Less fat, good taste.

I'm down 10lbs since my mom died. Once my kid goes back to his mom's house for school, I'll drop another 10 that month. 2 snackhound enablers.
I lost 55 lbs by cutting out junk food and as much processed shit as I can.
I feel like a million bucks and am happier than I've been in years but I'm slowly but surely going back to the crap again and it's like I don't have any control lately.
It was really tough but I gave up drugs,booze and cigarettes 23 years ago and have stayed clean but this fucking food thing seems impossible and very depressing.
I just started focusing on cutting up before I begin weight training. Not going too extreme to begin w/, but a day is kinda like :
9 am Bulletproof Coffee
10 am Run 4 miles
1130 Breakfast : eggs and spinach with olive oil
130 lunch : chicken, turkey, bison, or sirloin with some veggies or quinoa
7 pm Dinner : fish, grassfed steak usually with some veegies
Left my fucking iPod at my ex's house so no running this week. Getting it back tomorrow n starting up again Monday.
That's my problem. I get back down to where I want to be almost annually, but the discipline and control required to stay there is impossible to maintain long term, so I creep back up again.
I'm the opposite of most-
I gain 10 in the summer and lose 10 in the winter.
