Another Buchwald ploy to drive interest to his wigged client and try to get more money.
I hope he has a heart attack on Yom Kippur
She left off the part where Howard said he opened his American Express bill and saw the cost of all his new furniture and realized he can't quit.
New furniture = newly declawed cats...
My prediction: He will not return to AGT, they have already announced auditions in fly over states that Wiggy doesn't want to go to so it may already be a done deal. He wants to give the appearance that he is considering it as a way to up his value to Sirius, the comments about NBC giving in to his demands are Sirius contract negotiations.
He will return to Sirius with approximately the same number of shows per.year with the show starting at 8AM or later and with the ability to do it via ISDN in Florida
How the fuck do you quit something if you have no contract?
Howie sees the writing on the wall with his failure to bring in audience, and now is going to do the "you didn't fire me, I quit" bullshit, just as most of us predicted.
there goes Moose audience member creds for her IMDB page
Typical Howard move.
Reject the source before the source has a chance to reject you. (or pass along the news that you weren't even in the running...)
He's Jew posturing for a bigger payday, I hope they don't ask him back. It's a stupid show, didn't a dog act win last year, and a magician who fucked up part of his trick won this year.
He wants more time off, it's a few hours a week at night, and he works 12 hours a week during the day and he is desperate to find new hobbies to entertain himself with all the time off he has now.
I'm sure Hasselhoff or Springer or whoever was before him did a better job..
...shouldnt he have thought that when he spent 52m on his palm beach place or when the 10m dollar renovation came along. maybe the furniture was for his new place. the bill must have been stifling since beth posted a pic of herself in l.a. from her room at extended stay america.
This makes sense, although if NBC is foolish enough to ask him back and he's desperate enough for the cash and/or desire to be on a network show, he'll milk the drama of whether he'll return for as much show content as possible.
Not one mention of the ratings going down the toilet since Pluggy signed on... I am sure this is a totally unbiased piece of journalism.
Of course the big question IS:
Where's the next TV offer coming from??
Beth will not be a happy camper if Howard's only exposure is a satellite radio show. Kittens don't produce enough red carpets for her needs.
How do the people who run this show justify bringing him back? He did nothing for the ratings, did not bring in the prime demographic, cost more than the other judges and made them move production to New York.
What benefits have they realized from their investment in him?
not necessarily true, those auditions are likely for producers to whittle down the field like last year
Its impossible to return to a job that hasn't been offered to you. he signed on for what, 3 years? didn't that slip one time from Sharon osbourne? his contract is up. hes just trying to make it seem like they want him. which of course makes no sense since the ratings have been the worst they've ever been. I don't believe a thing he says anymore. its so sad, such a classic case of Boy cries wolf. the internet can debunk every single claim he ever makes about anything he ever does. whatever, Its a radio show that I listen to about 20 mins a week. good luck, doing nothing in florida with your kittens and gold digger.
What will all his fans age 10 to 14 do without him on their tv's
Tuesdays and Wednesdays next summer?
He won't quit because he married a money pit
This is it. Howie Mandel let slip when Howard completed his first year that he had signed for two years. Howard stuttered, a dead giveaway that he's lying, and denied it. Most likely Howard had a two years plus one option year. Howard's option. Contract is up.
I want more free time.
