Wow. He really was a typical Jersey guinea.
I'm so glad he pointed out he was wearing a Beatles shirt. I might never have known.
Weird to see artie as an adult and skinny
George Clooney. Good one, mom.
Artie was fat even when he wasn't.
Most of the pictures are of him in his late teen years and yet he looks like he's in his mid-forties.
He wasn't bad looking for a minute there.
He was a cutie back in the day. Reminds me of my hubs.....
he does look awful wopish here
I honestly can't think of ANYONE who's been given as many chances as Artie.
It's incredibly hard for me to feel bad for him and the choices he's made in his life.
I do however feel very bad for his family for having to go through all of this with him.
I'm sorry to sound cold here, but if Artie wants to move on from this life, I really wish he just would already. All of these "attempts" are doing nothing but upsetting a family that's already been through enough.
Sorry. I know a lot of you are huge Artie fans. I totally understand that - especially everything he's done for the Stern show over the last few years, but still.... it's enough already.
He should either get his act together or say goodbye properly and end the train wreck he seems to be riding with his eyes wide open.
He's sounded real sober on the podcast lately, but I have faith he'll be back to normal soon.
He'll either drop dead in the near future or take his own life I'm predicting. One thing you know is Howard looks at him as one of his worst career mistakes. You just know Howard hated him for being so severely unprofessional.
I don't feel the least bit sorry for Artie anymore. His dad's accident and death were horrible, but it's not a legit excuse for the son to be a major fuck up for the next quarter century.
Artie admitted a while back he now has diabetes. He'll probably be done in by complications from that. Over the long term, a diabetic has to be disciplined in treating the disease. Artie is the opposite of disciplined.
I'm not rooting for his demise, but I won't shed a tear either. The fat self-absorbed asshole has put his mother and sister through hell. They'll be much better off when he's six feet under.
"When you rob a bank.. You don't take my daughter".
- Sue's dago father
Striking resemblence to Pablo Escobar....no wonder he doesnt need to work anymore.
Artie at Woodstock 1994:
Was listening to the Ericathon they did on 101 a couple of weeks ago where Artie was describing the various ways he was going to fuck the Eric real doll that was never made, hilarious. Miss that fucker in the show. His run on Stern were the best years imo.
Artie's always sentimental.
When you fear your birthday might be your last, you tend to get sentimental.
