Artie did correctly predict that Joe Buck's horrid program wouldn't make it to four shows.

So can we look forward to another thread about his one-year, two-year and four-year anniversaries?

No offense, but what's so significant about a person's third year on a show? Lots of us are on our jobs for more than a decade. Where's our thread, muthafucka? :jj:

Seriously are we going to celebrate the third year anniversary of Artie going on Joe Buck's god awful show? It isn't like it is when the Beatles went on Ed Sullivan. It was barely memorable appearance on a totally forgettable show. I totally forgot about that appearance before this thread was made.

A lot of Stern fans point to the Joe Buck appearance as the beginning of the end of Artie's time on the Stern show.

As awesome as it was to fuck with Joe Buck, he was totally out of control and couldn't be reigned in.

Howard couldn't bring himself to say what Artie did was in the wrong, so he tried to stay neutral, he even supported Artie a little bit.

But then the Mad Dog had to tell Artie some home truths, which Howard replayed, but Artie didn't get the message.

Artie had his problems before, but this was a sign that he was a lost cause, which paved the way for exit 6 months later.

So, yeah, this is a significant moment in Stern show history.

It's been 2 hours since I took a shit. I think I'll schedule a party for my 4 hour anniversary.
