The rails were put there after a suggestion made by Howard; you can't have too many balconies from which to dump burning oil on any peasants who wander too close to your private beach. Also great for pissing on fans from.

It is so much more inviting than Stern's Hamptons monstrosity, with its cold, dark decor.

BEAUTIFUL pad!!!! But, I don't understand 5 bedrooms and 5 baths in an 1880 sq ft house. That almost can't beor there would be no kitchen or living space, i.e. not enough square footage. That number has to be wrong. Assuming its a single (and not a twin or 2 home condo) the outdoor shots make it look at least 3500 sq ft.

That's part of the reason the house is for sale...

On the graph it shows it was bought in 2007 for $954,000, than little over a year later sold for 2.5 million. When did Artie purchase this? Was he ripped off at over twice the price?

Pretty sure it was built from scratch for Artie. The first price might have been the plot, pre-build, since it wasn't completed until 2008.

Doesnt even make me jealous as even though he gets to live the life of a king you know fatass artie takes it all for granted and lays around hating his awesome life like a little crybaby. "waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah" is the perfect description when it comes to artie, funny how he always used to mock other people about that shit.

The house Artie knocked knocked down to build that house was probably 1880 sf.

The house in the photo is at least double that size.

Nice place, I hope Artie can keep earning and pay for it.

Oviously Wrong if you look at the Birds Eye View you can see an Older Construction that was single story. Probably what that info is based off of because this is a three story house and the Third Level looked to be about 1000 Sq feet By itself. Probably was the original construction that was sold for 900k and I remember Aritie saying he bought is as a Spec House that was being built so he hot to add some custom features.
