I really hope the WS ends tonight, it's fucking with my TV watching experience
I hope they replay that every day for 30 years like they did to Buckner.
It's fucking hardly the same thing as Buckner, you dickheads.
Buckners error doesn't even compare.
Although I have to admit the minute that happened Buckner flashed through my mind.
God's correcting his oversight from 86.
What's the difference? If they lose tonight you can certainly point to it as a tide changer
The grounder itself is the difference.
An error is an error.
Um no. If u played baseball u would know that's the farthest thing from the truth.
From hero to goat.
I did play baseball and consider myself a scholar of the game. While some plays are harder to make than others, at the end of the day it's still a big fat fucking E.
It terms of the drama no, but impact on the actual series, potentially yes
God, how bad does it have to suck for Buckner, to be the baseline for errors? He is like the Greenwich Mean Time for infield blunders....everything from 86 onward will be compared to Buckner
It would compare and mean a lot more if the franchise hasn't won a WS in 80+ years
