and it requires a 2 yr contract.
they told me that if I upgraded with my July 1st upgrade... that just my contract.....not my phone would cost me an extra 40 bucks a month. The phone is more.
What plan are you on, GP?
Call, ask for the retention dept. and threaten to cancel. I promise you they'll cave to at least what your original plan is.
Right now I am on the bare minimum plan, $45 a month.
Im out of contract, going month to month.
New phone would require 2 yr contract and phone cost $299 with a $40 activation fee.
Or i could go 12 month or 18 month plan, but then you gotta pay like more than $700 for the phone.
you can finance it with ATT next at 0% and they wont raise your bill.
Maybe an iPhone 6 will get you laid.
I only wish
Left ATT for Tmobile and I am happy as a pig in shit.... they just upgraded me to free international calls so I can use my phone where ever I go with no roaming. ...plus unlimited 4g lte internet...
Yeah, I'm okay w T-Mobile. I called and complained about my bill. They dropped it by 1/3. Can't beat that w a stick.
why are you still with AT&T? are you bundling?
THIS, love t mobile
stay away from Apple
Agreed. ... when I bought my last phone I called them and told them I wanted it for the same price as I saw on amazon or I was leaving. They gave it to me for half price
Seems like they are the only phone company that gives a shit
I need to look into T Mobile. My gf and I have the same model iphone except she's ATT and I'm Verizon. A couple of times a week she needs to use my phone to make a call b/c ATT is out. And this is the main area of Atlanta - not out in the boonies.
I just bitched about it on twitter and AT&T customer care account saw it and reached out to me.
Maybe they are going to work out a deal for me!
Verizon, like Wells Fargo or Bank of America are so BIG, they don't give a shit. I'm sure T-Mobile is not some little mom and pop operation, but they seem to be more responsive than other carriers.
That said, one of my corporate clients got into a fight w Verizon and switched over to AT&T. The employees, who relied heavily on cell phones went thru the roof. As fucked up as they are w customer service, Verizon does seem to deliver the connectivity.
I've never heard one good comment about AT&T.
Do all android users know about the hidden animation on their phones?
What ever they offer. .. tell them u r at work..then call tmobile and tellthem to beat it
