First off let me apologize for any inconvenience you suffered. Just understand that I have been on this issue with our host since hour one. I will never let this forum go down without a fight. Also, if you are still having problems please log out and log back in. I have received like 50 complaints and concerns via PM. I am sorry if I did not reply but i was very busy with out problems today. There is no way I could have answered them all anyway. Today our datacenter experienced a partial utility power outage which as a result caused their automatic transfer switch to fail in automatically transferring utility power to generator. They were able to locate the issue and transfer the power to backup generator manually. However in the process of this they ran out of capacity on the UPS system and systems shut down. Upon generator power going live servers booted back up. This however also affected core routing gear. Some routes in some geographic locations had issues accessing various ip ranges. We are also still working with the datacenter on this issue, and will be putting together a plan for further networking upgrades. Please voice your concerns here.
