I have a GREAT recommendation. I know people give audiobook listeners grief but I listen to them all the time while I'm driving or working around the house. The series I've been listening to lately is "Zombie Fallout" by Mark Tufo. The books are absolutely hilarious. Scary, entertaining, well written, extremely well read, AND hilarious. It's your basic zombie apocalypse story at first. It's 2010'ish and the vaccine for the H1N1 flu has regretable (ie dead people reanimated as zombies) side effects. The great thing about this series is the main character, Michael Talbot, is possibly the most sarcastic human being EVER. Also, he's an OCD survivalist that has literally fantasized about a zombie attack and been preparing for years. It starts slow and normal, but turns into something MUCH different than your run of the mill zombie story. I just thought I'd pass it on to anyone looking for a fun read/listen.
