I joined GP2's contest. Not for the money, but maybe something that will motivate my lazy ass back to the gym. I plan on going at least 4-6 times a week. Should I do a body group each time. ie. Monday- Back/Bis. Tues- Legs/ Shoulders. Or should I do my entire body. It's all so confusing. FYI, I can't do high intensity cardio stuff since I'm 9 months removed from ACL reconstruction surgery. You're help is appreciated.
