Anyone have audio clips to post from yesterday and today's shows? I cancelled Sirius last June, but would like to hear his ramblings from this week about how he was "wronged" from the dropped lawsuit.

Howard keeps saying that he took a big risk going from terrestrial radio to Sirius, but I'm pretty sure that his first bonus at Sirius, which he received before saying word one on the Sirius airwaves, was twice his annual salary on terrestrial radio.

    That's some risk.

I like when he asks (rhetorically) "Am I the greedy one?"
And Fred & Robin begin to snicker.

Judges rule against plaintiffs late in the business day because they're tired and they don't want to see any more cases?

Howard's radio listeners "don't deserve to be caught up in this [lawsuit talk]."

But they do deserve to be pissed on.

Howard is delusional. Seriously, this guy has gone off the deep end. He has always had a massive ego, but now he just doesn't have any grasp of reality.

I can't wait for excuses will be when the appeals court upholds the lower court's ruling.

Sums it all up nicely, Bobby.

Oh, and if you've just found out he was delusional, go the URL below.

Howard was nothing short of embarassing today. You got a bonus for the merger you greedy fuck. You were hoping for a bonus on top of your bonus? Instead, how about Sirius docks you pay for every subscriber that calls up customer service and cancels solely because your show fucking blows now. Of course your lawyers thinks you should appeal - they're bilking you, same as your shrink who won't let you cut down on your office visits! What a sucker. It's over. Let it go. [IMG]

"I put on a quality radio show"
    "I deserve to be compensated"

Howard doesn't give a shit about putting on a quality show anymore- he has said it.
Howard was paid approx $500M, plus $25M for the merger, then $400M.

All of that aside, what's most important is the language in his contract and its interpretation by one judge. Judges routinely disagree about everything- even the Supreme Court rarely completely agree about anything.
