if you do not have this feature in your home-theater receiver, you are not getting accurate sound
i'm not a big fan of EQ to begin with. i believe that proper acoustics and speaker and subwoofer placement come first but if EQ is required you do not want to boost/dip more than +/- 3db on any frequency
It's useful for the speakers, but I like to set my own subwoofer crossover point.
some people say that you want to set the crossover to two full octaves above the capability of the speaker due to the slope of the roll-off (this can vary)
but go with what sounds best to your ears as long as you're not damaging your speakers
I liked you better when you didn't brag about all of your possessions.
Like his twinks?
