Why make fun of the guy? I don't get it. Either the apartment rental or why people would slam on him. He lives the way he wants to. Better than a lot of celebrities where everyone may as well have a GPS of their goings on. Look at how much of typical media-outlets are just veiled entertainment news.

Axl Rose. Really one of the GREATS when there really aren't that many when you actually think about it.

According to the USA Weekend insert in yesterday's Sunday paper, there will be a new Guns N' Roses record in 2014.

1) To my knowledge, the band doesn't have a label at the moment. Interscope/Geffen financed the massively hyped/poorly received 'Chinese Democracy' record. That would be enough reason for the band not to have a new album.

2) Even if there was a new album coming this year, it wouldn't be Guns N' Roses anyway. It's Axl and his hired hands.

 

He got older than his years and fat. Doesn't matter. He was one of the best front men any rock band has ever had I the last 50years.
