    That's called Yakety Sax and it was recorded by Boots Randolph in 1963. The immortal Benny Hill adopted it as the de facto theme song of his program. His show first aired in NYC on local TV in the 1980s. I have fond memories of laughing so hard that my face hurt. Benny was the best.
