Baby Gorilla's tacky beach house price drops $600,000. Still overpriced.

it's a beautiful home. Really over the top for a beach house for someone who doesn't pull in a couple million a year.

Maybe it's time for Fatso to call in the Dirty Cop and a few of the Jersey Goombahs and have an "accidental" fire. :dontknow:

For $1,900,000 I'd need to be way further than 20 feet away from my neighbors houses.
Note to Artie: Paint comes in more colors than Navy blue and beige, and a little orange.

If I had the money, I'd buy it. I could make a killing re-selling all of the stashed heroin.

It's a Bay house not a Beach house, add another million+ to buy a house that size on the Ocean in New jersey.;)

It's a beach house that's bayfront and not oceanfront - but we get your point.

This. I realize it's a home by the sea, but they went a little hog-wild on the blue.

He really did! Browsing the overhead "neighborhood" map view really makes it even more evident. Maybe I'm missing something, but if I had $2.4M to spend, I wouldn't want to be living next door to houses that are selling for $200k-$300k. There's an empty lot right down the street that sold for just $150k. You have to roam around pretty far before finding a house over 1 million and there is nothing close to $2m.

As funny as Artie was in the radio segment going back at Robin and Howard about the house, in the end, Howchie and Robin were correct. What a terrible purchase!

I don't think it's tacky at all...beautiful and tastefully decorated unlike Wiggy and Crazy Cat Lady's homes. Obviously he had a designer/stylist come in and stage it for sale. Can't imagine any of those furnishings being Artie's choices. I just don't understand why the hell he would build a house this size.
