howard's operation employs about a hundred people to put on a show that airs only three days a week.

of course they're so busy with the ideas and initiatives that were supposed to have materialized during his first contract.

I'm going to put something out there that is merely speculation but I'll bet it's somewhere near the truth. Jason and Will realized their show was getting popular (relative to the channel it's on). Perhaps they asked for a pay bump for doing a 2 hour show a week. They clearly weren't doing it for plugs. Then again, I have a feeling Jason would do it for free so this speculation could be off. Maybe Wigward didn't want to pay for the peripheral guys to be in studio to have to conduct the show: board op, sound engineer, etc.

 

They should do what GeekTime is doing and do six months of "Best of" shows.

Exactly!! That elderly JAP influences Howard, a lot. Which is another reason why the show's so unfunny. Why was she even hired in the first place?!?!

 

who would want that show back? Only the first couple of episodes where any good, after that it was censored and handcuffed.

You are probably right. I know it takes a board op call screener and possibly a producer to run each show that airs on 101. They are probably busy or more likely don't have the budget for all of those extra shows that were canceled especially without a sponsor.

 

the BOR guys are too busy...trying to find a way to extend their careers in the midst of the HSS clearly grinding to a halt. they should be busy trying to find a comic for the Artie seat. even if they had different comedians sit in for a few shows a month, it would work wonders.

 

what did lisa do to sabotage BOR??? did they dare to criticize her....she seems to be a whiny biotch. i never could understand the hatred she engendered from some people but then i began to despise the worshipful way she would refer to howard and beth in various "stories" and interviews of guests.
"what did you think of howard....did you get nervous when he asked you blahblahblah".....all in a breathless schoolgirl way.
