7oz burger, with a solid cut of onion 1/8" down the onion, makes all the difference, if your on the west coast that's how In-N-Out cuts theirs (I'm using red onion though, they use a brown onion). Then Pepper Jack cheese, 1 slice of bacon cut in half, Dijon mustard on a toasted Sesame Seed bun.
Coleslaw Burger: I also made some Coleslaw for this, I went heavy on the Cayenne Pepper which gave it a nice spicy kick, overall this was pretty damn good I'll be making this again.
Frisco Burger - Sourdough Bread, Homemade Thousand Island, Caramelized Onions, Avocado. This is one of my favorite burgers.
Carl's Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburger. It's all in the BBQ sauce, my own recipe: Sweet Baby Rays, Brown Sugar, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper, let sit for 30 minutes, and oh man good times.
Check out my meatball sub. I did everything myself except grow the tomatoes, raise a cow, make cheese, and bake my own bread. Everything else I did myself.
That looks like a damn good sub, I could go for one of those right now. A meatball sub is one of those things that I really like, yet probably eat about 1 or 2 a year, I need more meatball subs in life.
Toasted some Brioche buns in some butter. 2 Slices of Smoked Cheddar cheese from the deli, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and some sweet mustard. I was really happy with this one, that cheese is fucking great!
I was going for the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger from Jack in the Box (love that cheep greasy burger), only I didn't add the slice of swiss and it's one burger patty instead of two.
