EDIT: There are a bunch of pics in post # 18...I was shamed into it...fuckin' peer pressure! I heat-up the corn tortillas in hot cast iron pan...no oil needed, just keep an eye on them. When they start to brown, turn them over. Add romaine lettuce, tomato slices and a little mayo. I use a thick cut, low sodiums version...cooked medium-crispy. I then remove excess fat. Fast, easy, and glutens-free. Pretty baller late nite or anytime!
