Given the 9th Circuit's track record before the U.S. Supreme Court, don't be surprised if the reversal is reversed.

Hmmm, I wonder what the US Attorney's Office will do now? The jury hung on 4 false statement counts, and convicted on 1 obstruction count in the Trial.

The 9th throws out the conviction on the obstruction count, and the USA's can appeal that decision AND re-try him on the 4 false statement counts too (if their time hasn't run).

Guess we'll have to stay tuned.

Before HGH, he was going to be a top 3 player of all time. With HGH, he became a god above the rest of them. I've been a fan of him since I was 18 or 19 years old when he was called up in Pittsburgh. Within a few months, maybe even before that, we knew he was beyond a special talent.

Hopefully Bonds doesn't get a big head over this. Oh wait.

As long as he isn't in the Hall of Fame, I'm happy.

Bonds has slimmed down to ~175lbs and rides bikes all day long. A very odd transformation.

He earned nearly $200mm during his career, so I guess he can chill out and ride bikes all of the time with no worries.

Imagine what his salary would be in the current MLB climate. $35mm per year?
