Julio Benitiez, 37, was arrested after an hours-long search by police, who booked him on charges of domestic violence and making criminal threats. The Fresno Bee reports that Benitiez's wife said her husband grew violently angry at her because she had been posting photos to Instagram. Assault: Julio Benitiez, 37, was allegedly so upset his wife was posting photos of herself to Instagram that he attacked Wednesday afternoon ABC 11 reports that as his wife started deleting photos from her feed, he choked and punched her, leaving her with injuries to her eyes, arms, legs and neck. The wife left the home with her five-year-old and seven-year-old children in tow, leaving a two-year-old behind at the home. She also reported that Benitiez was under the influence of a stimulant and was carrying a weapon. Benitiez then fled the home with the toddler, forcing officers to search the area for him. Family members helped officers convince Benitiez to return home and it was determined that the two-year-old was unharmed. Officers determined that Benitiez was in fact under the influence of narcotics and was in possession of an air gun.
