Ive tried most every music app out there and found that there is always some feature that one app has that I like and the other doesnt. Normally I just stick to Pandora, but its missing the abilty to type in a song and listen to it if it crosses your mind at any givin time. The limited skips are also a bit annoying as it takes some time to get a station fine tuned the way you want it.

I did the free trial for Beats and was very surprised at how much I liked it. You can search artists which will bring up a whole discography or search for a particular song. There is also a feature that lets you create a sentance and will create a station based on that. The sentance options are a little corny but it works pretty well. There are also unlimited skips which I really liked. You can save tunes to a library or download them. After the free trial its around $10 a month, but you can just sign up with another email, although I went ahead and subscribed. Its Pandora,Spotify,Amazon,Itunes all wrapped up into one app. I highly suggest giving it a shot

One thing that bothers me about Pandora is once you set up variety on a station it plays 3 or 4 songs in a row of the same variety instead of mixing it well. If you have a station with a variety for example Led Zeppelin and say Snoop Dogg it will play 3 or 4 classic rocks songs in a row then 3 or 4 rap songs in a row there is something off with their variety algorithm.
