    watching bourdain, he's a pork guy. i like ribs & chops etc but i'll take some rare ribeyes porterhouse any day.

    found a 2inch thick round steak on sale for 1.99lb, seranaded it over night & grilled up rare, holy fuck that was awesome.
    the round is sold as london broil nowadays btw...grab them when they go on sale but def. marinade & then slice against the grain & you've got a tasty juicy tender steak

    those are mccormick rubs, spice sold at walmart & are fucking awesome. i ran out of the chicken rub the other night & used the steak rub, tasted great

    i like ribs etc, just can't eat it on a daily basis, too fatty or sumpin. i have found some big fat chops that are great on the grill that dont kick my ass tho & taste great. short ribs are good also on the grill

    its like those health food stores back in the day, do they still exist? all those workers were pretty sad looking.

    I actually buy the "LaGrille" brand 5 minute marinade, it's a wet rub. it's fucking awesome.
