I don't even want to walk the 300 feet to my mailbox in this heat.
I know Its a scorcher today
I can, and do, but I ain't gonna.
I actually love the heat, though. For some reason, I've never had a problem playing tennis in the heat. So when I'm playing an opponent on a super hot day, I kind of feel like I have the advantage.
Wrong. I put in 60 - 70 mpw. Today's an easy day, just 5 mi., but tomorrow, 13 mi (two hours) on single track trails.
I did 25 minutes on tha elliptical thizz morning and rode my bicycle 5 miles to and from my gym...
Nice belly bro. Maybe you need a 5 mile run.
What race are you training for?

Satori- I run suicide drills. Like...the ones they make you do in high school, or basketball practice or whatever. I hate running for long periods of time, I like exercising very hard for a shorter period.
I do sprints too. great for burning BF.
I like taking the late night runs for fun
Count me in as a part of that group that's not doing that shit.

Nothing in particular right now, just training. I'll run some cross country races in the fall.
