Mine is a toss up between walking passed a ticketmaster outlet and finding out that the Stones were doing a second concert at Shea Stadium and ran and got on line, and got amazing seats, for like $50....
OR the Guns and Roses concert, where Metallica opened for them and BLEW AWAY GNR....

Was that the tour when James Hetfield got his arm burned up by the fire works?

Mine is a toss up between Black Sabbath and Quiet Riot in 83 for Born Again and Metal Health or Paul McCartney in 90 for Flowers in the Dirt.

Saw Metallica back up Ozzy once.

I've seen a lot of 'em. From Pink Floyd to B.O.C. to Judy Collins to Sting. Hard to pick a favorite, but one of the most memorable was surely The Man In Black, Johnny Cash.

1990 Roger Waters, The Wall, Berlin Germany.

I have seen a lot of great concerts but being at this event topped them all. We got there very early and were about 30-40' from the stage.

    August 21, 1976 - Springsteen - Waterbury Palace Theater

They killed the lights at the break during Rosalita, when the lights went back on there was the Miami Horns, all in white, kicking in.

Probably more meaningful that I went with the barefoot girl, still with her today.

I saw the Allmans at the Spectrum in 89-90, i cannot remember the exact year - Drove down on a whim and got there a little late. Box office was closed and couldnt get tickets. We bumped into a guy had 2 tix for someone that didnt show. 3rd floor floor seats! We missed the whole first set but that 2nd set alone is in my top 3 concerts ever. They BLEW me away.

Opening night of the Rolling Stones Steel Wheels tour at Veterans Stadium; 1989

Guns and Roses, who were actually on time and sounded incredible, at the Spectrum in 1991.

The theatrics were awesome in 1990. There were a lot of hiccups with the sound and other shit. The list of guests were good but some songs sounded pretty shitty during the concert but it was fixed on the CD/DVD. But it was like 7 months after the Berlin Wall came down so there was a feeling in the air that i cannot explain.
