Beth has absolutely no interest in HSS

When Howard was explaining how impressed Beth was at ETM's donation to NSAL, he mentioned that she had no idea who he was. I'm astounded at that. Eric -- love him or loathe him, has been regular on the show for the last dacade. Beth's ignorance is, in part, due to her unwillingness to acknowledge imperfect people. but that aside, she could have bothered herself to learn the basics of, what & who, Howard talks about in his (occasional) day job. considering her husband's radio career is what's afforded the luxurious & priveliged lifestyle she enjoys, it'd be good manners, if nothing else.

 

I think that was just a lie to make a little person feel even more little.

 

Her only interest in the THSS is when she is on it shilling something.
Actually taking an interest in her husband's work would take time away from their fertography sessions.

 

Beth is just a self-centered bitch. So it's pretty easy to understand. She doesn't give a shit about Howard's career outside of the money it brings in or the attention she can derive from it. For her, it's all about Beth.

 

She didn't know who Howard was when she met him. Just like Yoko didn't know John or the Beatles!

I think Beth listens to the show every day and I think she knows exactly who everyone is. Remember when Howard used to hate it when Alison listened to the show and how he would get mad at her when she would call in to say something? I think Beth used to listen back then, and she knows what to do and what not to do. There isn't an authentic bone in that woman's body. She says what Howard wants to hear.

 

Beth has no interest in Howard either, so it's not surprising that she has no interest in his show. The only interest Beth is interested in, is the amount Howard's money accumulates.

 

So Beth is saying she can relate to Howard's fans now? I know how she feels: I have absolutely no interest in the HSS anymore either!

 

Horsey is only interested in becoming famous, everything else is just unimportant to her..
