She retweeted this in a nanosecond - Howard said it re the endless discussion about whether he and his now 40-year-old wife should have a BABY:

Another thing Howard constantly contradicts himself on. Sometimes he claims Beth never listens to the show, other times he mentions her reaction to something she heard on the show. He can't tell the truth about anything.

She is dreaming of all the attention being preggers/having a baby will bring to her...and she hears the beeping of the Brinks truck backing up.

I already feel bad for this kid.

 

So what was the context? That if Beth wants a baby, he will give her one to make her happy?

 

Baby in New York means that the divorced parent gets 17% of GROSS Yearly Income. So This is her ticket baby.

 

I didn't hear the entire context. I was zoning out during the tedious "Staff Revelation Game" when I heard that during the summer, he and Beth had a serious discussion about whether or not to have a baby - Howard said, "it was a last opportunity that we can really do this." He said, "Beth thinks we might have regrets" if they don't have a child, but he said he won't - but "I want that woman to be happy. She's a great woman."

(When he referred to Beth as "that woman," I was reminded of Bill Clinton's "I did not have sexual relations with that woman ..." But I digress.)

Adoption was brought up and Howard said that after Beth saw Sandra Bullock's baby, that Beth would adopt a black child in a minute.

When Gary hinted at fertility treatments, Howard said, "Beth is a woman who gets her period. ... I can get a woman pregnant in one month."

Howard also said: "I don't want to be a shitty father ... or a shittier father." - Then he gave a sarcastic chuckle.

 

she's over 40 yrs old....how is she supposed to get pregnant? it seems as if thousands and thousands of couples aren't able to conceive and have to use other means to get pregnant (surrogacy, in vitro, etc). does anyone really think it's going to be easy for an anorexic 40yr old and low testosterone almost 60yr old.

 

Howard dismissed the fact that Beth is 40 by saying she still gets her period (apparently he doesn't know that women in their 50s can still get their period). Howard says he has powerful sperm and he can get a woman pregnant in a month.

 

Beth finally delivered the ultimatum.

Expect an adopted kid announcement soon (BethO & Howard are probably "shopping" for one [or more] now).

Since a black kid will attract the most attention, I wonder if they'll adopt one?

I watched my 40 year old friend piss through her inheritance trying to get pregnant...Finally got pregnant when she cheated on her husband.. When the kid was born her hubby took 1 look and knew it wasn't his...So magically her child was the product of a rape........She was trying to get preggo by her rich old husband and the whole thing backfired.. I still laugh my ass of about it to this day.........She got a divorce, very little money and a kid that hates her guts....... Maybe there is a god.

Beth has been full time in the Hamptons since this past summer. I think that is when they seperated and now only meet together once a week for date night.
