Foster Mother, my what big hands you have!!
Attention whore with an ADORABLE kitten.
This is just the beginning - she wants to foster another litter. I still think she's pitching another TV show ...
Gimme that kitty!
Kitten looks frightened.
A big giant gaunt wigged monster is leering at him.
Can we file a complaint for animal abuse?
You know these poor kittens are working 12 hour days in front of the camera!
1) Beth needs a manicure
2) she needs her roots done.
3) can she EVER post a pic w/o her in it???
I am highly suspicious of these shenanigans. Is Chimney Manor a kennel now? Or an adoption agency? Applying through howardstern.com has me baffled. Do the proceeds go directly toward the NSAL addition named for Bianca? Something is up.
haha you can't have real kids!!
She is insane.
Someone asked it in another thread, and it bears repeating: who is SHE to read the applications and make that decision?
A new crop of fresh kittens every few months.
12 hour work days in front of the camera.
Everything is a charity write off!
Beth kitty applications....
1) Do you not work so you can take care of the kittys all day? Or do you have a Conseula that can?
2) Is your house 16K sq ft?? Kitties need room to roam...
3) Does you house have a bowling alley? Kittys love to chase balls..
Thought they always preached to adopt fully grown cats? Or we're kittens much easier to utilize in order to elicit attention and empathy??
Maybe this is all for her long un-awaited second book "Oh My Foster Kittens"??
Here I go. I'm going to be all
I volunteered at a cat shelter. Although better than being outdoors, the conditions were not ideal. Being in cages is so sad and the kittens only have human contact for maybe 10 minutes a day. And sometimes they're there for months and months and they grow up and aren't those cute little furballs anymore. And they get sick and get ringworm and need medication and eventually become unadoptable.
Beth is doing something really wonderful. Those kittens are very lucky and will definitely be placed in very good homes. They will be well adjusted and healthy. I'm very proud of her.
OK. I'm done.
No. Not really. This is known as kitten season. The shelters are over run with kittens (and puppies) right now.
I hear ya Nibs, and I relate..I hate to say it but Beth is doing a good thing by fostering...if she is doing it for the right reasons.
