Which do you prefer?
They both had their charms but I'll go with leathal weapon. Back in the 90's there was a stripper called Leathal Weapons. She had gigantic breasts.
I like this scene.
That's a tough one. I can't decide
Spoiler: letha weapons
Leathal Weapon is my favourite.
Lethal Weapon, but they both succeed in reminding me how much movies suck nowadays.
Beverly Hills Cop. I just watched Lethal weapon which I love... but it's really kinda cheesy...
Shouldn't it be Lethal Weapon vs. Die Hard? no?
Lethal weapon is a good movie, but that's just not a fair comparison.
Also the whole Die Hard franchise is great (minus 4)
And Lethal Weapon sequals aren't nearly as good
What about the complete overuse of the saxophone in the last sequel? If you never noticed it before, watch it again and you'll notice it now.
Sorry. Lethal Weapon 4.
Mel says something....loud saxophone
Rene says something back....loud saxophone
I'll check it out.
Both are kinda dated now, but Lethal Weapon has held up better. I loved Beverly Hills Cop as a kid, but I watched it a few years back and it was actually boring. A lot of the jokes that were hilarious in the mid 80s are just kinda lame now. And let's face it, that movie was all about Eddie Murphy. The plot was thin, the bad guy was generic, and action wasn't all that great either. But now Murphy's jokes in that movie aren't as cutting edge or shocking as they were in the 80s and have been copied a billion times by other movies.
Lethal Weapon, on the other hand, had a lot more to overcome the dated-ness of the styles and content. Mel Gibson and Danny Glover have great chemistry, Gary Busey is great bad guy, there is some good 80s action. And because it was serious action movie with some comedy thrown in, even the dated jokes can still bring a chuckle.
I would say that back in the 80s, I would have picked BHC over Lethal Weapon, but Lethal Weapon has stood the test of time more.
The saxophone music in the lethal weapon movies always made me hate them just a little bit
LOST BOYS GIF!!!!!!!
Every time I watch Die Hard 3, she shows up and I start thinking about sex. Something about that damp hair, sly looks and not saying anything at all.
