Anyone else? It's on now. It follows a handful of corrections officers at New Mexico prison. They're all like 19-22 kids trying to manage hardcore inmates. Statistically, half drop out before their first year ends. Some seem to be getting tougher, others feeling the pressure and changing at home. Theres a quiet tiny chick, Ariel, that I'm shocked hasn't been ground out yet,.
Could you do the job? I wouldn't put myself into that kind of danger.

I've been watching that show and I'm amazed how young the rookies are. First day out and that Ariel girl was left in charge of 150 inmates. It's crazy. Even the older guy said nobody grows up wanting to be a prison guard. You kinda fall into it.

I've caught the show a few times.
Gotta wonder what they pay those rookies.
    Is it really worth it?
