Ostrosky Stern is the force behind the North Shore Animal League's expansion – a 14,000-square-foot, cage-free living environment for the cats of NSALA.

"Bianca's Furry Friends, yes, that's going to break ground right after the new year," Ostrosky Stern told HNGN. "And we're very excited for that expansion for the cage-free habitat that will free up the entire downstairs for adult and puppy mill rescues."

Bianca was the Sterns' 9-and-a-half-year-old bulldog who passed away in 2012.:cmon:

Good news people, since Wigs always said he wouldn't be w/ a woman over 40, seeing those hands might make him run to his lawyers office.

At the rate they are going it will be a million dollars a square foot for an open area.

    What a scam.

If you look around it was supposed to be done last year.
