Which is more hateable? Bill Cosby to be questioned by Gloria Allred at deposition for allegedly molesting 15-year-old girl at Playboy Mansion in 1974 BY Corky Siemaszko NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Friday, October 9, 2015, 1:04 PM A A A Share this URL John Minchillo/John Minchillo/Invision/AP Bill Cosby will face questions from Gloria Allred about an alleged rape of then-15-year-old Judy Huth at the Playboy Mansion in 1974. Bill Cosby will be on the hot seat again Friday when he gets grilled by the lawyer representing one of the more than 50 women who claim the comedian sexually abused them. The disgraced comic will be facing off at a deposition in Los Angeles against one of his best-known tormenters — celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred. This time Cosby will be forced to address accusations that he took Judy Huth, when she was just 15, to the Playboy Mansion in 1974 and molested her there. Team Cosby tried and failed this week to get Huth’s civil suit tossed, arguing that Huth tried to sell the sordid story to the tabloids a decade ago. Nancy Dillon/New York Daily News Alleged Cosby victim Judy Huth and lawyer Gloria Allred claim the comedian molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974. But the lawyers were able to convince Judge Craig Karlan to keep Cosby’s deposition sealed until Dec. 22. Cosby, 78, testifies on the same day that “Dateline NBC” is airing a special report that features 29 women who claim they were violated by the comic. “That was important, not just in the context of Bill Cosby but for every woman, every American,” said NBC News correspondent Kate Snow. Once America’s most beloved father figure, Cosby has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing even as 54 women — including a former Mrs. America and several actresses — have accused him of being a serial rapist who dopes and gropes his victims. And while Cosby has never been charged with a crime, he damned himself during a 2005 deposition when he admitted under oath that he obtained Quaaludes in the 1970s and intended to give them to women. Cosby's lawyers insist the comedian never admitted using Quaaludes, which he referred to as "disco biscuits," to drug and rape women. Earlier this week, another Cosby accuser surfaced — with a claim similar to Huth’s. Chloe Goins, 24, claims Cosby drugged and sexually-assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. Cosby denies molesting Goins.
