Almost agree with everything that they say here, with the exception of the Brady bill
"I have no money. I have no transport. And I'm running dangerously low on drugs."
Joe Schilling can go away now. TIA.
One of the worst panels he's ever hosted... terrible episode
In that case I will ff through the panel... thx.
Sum it up
the cnn Hilary guy is a smart guy and all
but he has a goofy smile
the black republican guy I like him
the chick is good/weird looking all at once
the black comedy guy I don't find funny to be honest
bill is odd looking
Libs don't know much about many things. But there are exceptions. Making excuses for poor behavior when it involves minorities. Being conned and gladly paying for overpriced organic fruit and vegetables. Wearing socks with sandals. Oh, and of course - fat chicks. They know of, or possibly are, fat chicks.
I agreed with some of it, I disagreed with some as well. I think I might have watched good TV.
i started buying organic last year. (tho im for lower taxes)
please teach me about this. its not healthier?
Bill is a common-sense liberal. I like him. I like common-sense Republicans, too.
Strong in their beliefs, ability to see through Bullshit.
The audience is so bad, and Bill Maher has voiced his opinion repeatedly about how shitty his live audience is at this show
Is there no way to seek out audience members with differing political views? I was watching this segment live:
Notice how they are all silent through the discussion of the constitutional problems with the no fly, no buy list, but then an ERUPTION of clapping seals when that little idiot from CNN Paul Begala goes "oh yeah, well that Republican is an IDIOT!"
orf orf orf *whole audience standing ovation*
I think that is why many Republicans watch Bill's show. whether he knows it or not. Even though they get a thrashing from him every episode.
Well, I was just being a jerk to make my conservative buddies laugh. The truth is that there are some especially porous fruits where lack of pesticide may be healthier. Say, for example, the peach. But for most of it it's money down the drain. I read a peer review a few years ago that mentioned copper being used as a non chemical pesticide. Healthier? Maybe. But, according to the study, it is linked to disease of the blood and organs. It also kills rabbits that eat crops. If you tell people it's killing mice they won't give a shit. Tell them it's killing rabbits and they won't much like it.
There used to be a guy who posted here that is a geneticist who posted about GMO's/non-organics and said every study he has read says there is no difference in quality, nutrients or effects on health. I don't remember his name though.
Bottom line - I think the idea that organic is healthier is total bullshit. The hippie phobia to science is strange. But if someone wants to spend their money on it and feels it's beneficial, I can't say they shouldn't.
maybe you've noticed, liberals are ruining the world
i had a feeling there was some scam, like using 'organic' pesticides, which could be just as bad or possibly worse because they'd need to use much more of it.
fk me. i been trying hard to eat healthier but theres no solid info on this and labeling sucks.
now i find out dog food sucks too. my dog was like "yeah thats what u been saying, now gimme that steak"
Effectively, organic has come to mean premium. So it's not healthier but the produce is usually more selectively picked.
Liberal's are much cooler than Conservative's are. Que the death threats!
The big chinned woman is so goofy.
