sounds like a riddle...
was the husband was her Pimp?
Why is Jay Leno making that lady cry?
Another respectable citizen who refused to obey a policeman's order.
i am conflicted...
1. those cops are fucking dicks and what they did was fucking wrong
So, she was being an uppity bitch by not showing her ID? That's just dumb.
Pigs: Lowest form of human life, and a cancer on society.
here's a tip ladies, don't dress like a crack hoe
That's just silly! Hookers don't kiss!
That's what I thought!
Seriously though, why not just show your ID? I've been asked for my ID when I was doing nothing wrong. Didn't make a big deal out of it. Showed it, then went on my merry way.
Really man ...
citizens are under no obligation to carry an i.d. when not operating a motor vehicle, however, you are required to give your name when arrested...
So, you're saying she's a cunt? Got it.
1) I would be offended if someone thought I was a whore
2) I'd swallow my pride, show my drivers license and have a funny "cops are assholes" story to tell my friends that night.
I'm no fan of the police state, but neither do I want prostitutes cruising my neighborhood. And like it or not, prostitution is a criminal activity which can be pursued by doing nothing more than standing on the corner.
I am therefor left to ask the same question as many, why would she refuse to just show the officer her ID? It would seem that this simple act would have avoided all the trouble that ensued.
This is why pigs bully people....because most will do what they demand....no matter what. Fuck that......
This woman was doing NOTHING wrong. Skylarbrie is correct. You do not need an ID to stand on the sidewalk, and she was within her rights to refuse to provide ID when asked. The pigs that detained, cuffed, and injured her violated her civil rights. Why? Because the uniformed dullards are racist assholes.
I hope she retains a good civil rights attorney and sues the department, and the fucktard pigs involved are disciplined or fired. The article says there's no record of the incident.....yeah, no shit. Luckily the civil rights violation was captured on video.
You're 100% right. And it would bother me if I had been her.
That being said, as a white man, the few times I've been asked for my id (outside of a traffic stop situation) I've complied and been on my way
