Hiya, We are having a beautiful day here in Kentucky. I cut my finger while chopping vegetables for the first time in almost a year and I didn't do one of these yesterday so here's what I ate... On Yesterday's Menu: Rotisserie Chicken - Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken (from the store) with Broccoli Slaw with a Homemade Spicy Mustard Dressing... On Tonight's Menu: Pasta Primavera - Wheat Spaghetti with Broccoli, Peppers, Mushrooms in Homemade Marinara topped with Fresh Basil with Store-Bought Garlic Bread on the side.... ..and a track that some of you may recognize from movies and Oldies radio, but may not be familiar with the man who does it. I'm sure you all have heard the song and its great music for beautiful weather. Wilbert Harrison with "Kansas City": Talk about food, talk about music. I hope all is well, excuse my potentially slow response time, I'm typing with 1.5 hands right now. Perhaps the beer I will be having later will help things along!
