    2. french
    3. italian

    few notes:

    1. townhouse crackers suck. ritz are better. but breton are better yet.

    2. honeycrisp apples remain the king of all apples.

    3. the best of these cheeses was the italian, followed closely by the french. the italian had a savory taste that i can't even describe. i've never tasted anything like it and it was delicious.

    4. the german was good but a little salty. the danish is the standard stuff you get in any supermarket and it was good, as always.

    5. the first day i got it, the english blue cheese tasted like a fart. the second day it was delish. no fart taste at all. it just dissipated. maybe i didn't let the cheese breathe enough the first night i ate it.

    6. would get all of them again, but i'd really stick with the italian, the french, and the danish.

the french was so creamy, almost like a brie and blue cheese combined. it was so so good. and that italian gorganzola was unlike anything i've ever eaten. i'm questioning if i still think the french is best. this italian blue cheese might be the best cheese i've ever eaten.

I just made a pork tenderloin with blue cheese and figs, Dinkus. :uwub: So good, super easy. Those were really the only ingredients.
Kind of like this. This isn't my picture. I did add some fresh thyme.

you must be loving it that ipa's are so prominent nowadays with craft brewers. you can get some amazing ipa's of all types pretty much anywhere and everywhere lately. i love ipa's, but my favorites are unfiltered belgian wheats. mmmm mmm mmmmmm.
