@Benjamen and I were just discussing this in another thread.

So Boots sued Whole Foods and won a settlement?

    Curious how much...

Being a lead plaintiff in a class action can be pretty lucrative

Wouldn't it be more lucrative for the law firm if they had more plaintiffs? I've been watching "Better call Saul".

he was asked during various periscopes he has done over the last few weeks, and to the question 25k? 50k? and 75k? he said much more. said he was going to pay off his bills/debts and get a down payment on a house/apt, and save the rest (drugs)

The third link says 5 mil was what they were originally suing for. But it was for two men if I understood correctly. And that doesn't mean they necessarily were awarded all that. I just skimmed it

I can only assume that Whole Foods paid him some cash not to appeal the dismissal
