Chris Craft Cabin Cruiser, chyea chyea
Happiest day of your life: You buy a boat
Second happiest day of your life: When you get rid of the boat.
New or used?
Used... New factory engine tho... Major selling point. Boat is immaculate. Took it for a test run today and pulled the trigger. Dude is only selling because he has cancer.
Chris Craft makes a nice boat.
He told me that it gets complimented all the time, sure enough some guy on a jet ski came by as we were heading back in no wake zone and complimented on how pretty it is.
NEVER buy a new boat. The don't deteriorate like cars. You always want to be the second, or even better, third owner.
The first buyer take a huge hit when he sells it for a loss. The second owner gets a great boat and then sells it to the third guy that STILL gets a great boats that's had a few repairs but is still in damn good shape.
Be safe and have a blast!
I love an old Chris Craft wooden boat with a 454 or two and open exhaust
Chris Craft Corvette
That was the sellers cousin.
Kris Craft is the Kennedy boat... an American classic. Congrats
anybody who knows boats knows the make the best boats.
It's better to have a friend with a boat than have to deal with the hassle of owning a boat.
We had a waterfront restaurant/ bar in my town that would have a wooden boat show every year. Some kids decided to rob the place and set it on fire to hide the evidence. They were caught with an ATM machine in their trunk and we haven't had the show since.
