Made this stuff over the weekend and it's really good http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Bourbon-Whiskey-BBQ-Sauce/Detail.aspx?evt19=1 I put this stuff on ribs I baked in the oven for about 3.5 hours at roughly 275 degrees (I could probably have done 2.5 to 3 hours though) (Note: Add Salt & Pepper as well as chili powder to the ribs before before baking) The ribs are then cooked on the grill for about 5-8 minutes per side The meat fell off the bone and my guests loved em I think this will work for any type of meat except fish
