i've been eating this breakfast porridge (made of old fashioned oats, greek yogurt, chia seeds, skim milk, blueberries, stevia, and maple syrup) every day this week. it's delish. but.. here's the deal with this porridge: it makes you poop really healthy. but here's the thing with it: instead of pooping once a day where you poop out a satisfying amount of turds, you poop like 10 times a day, one small turd each time. it's very healthy, but not very satisfying. on the up side: if i were a grossbeak, i could probably go without wiping. that's how clean my porridge turds are.
