is over wrought one word or 2?
anyways its crap
You mean 'over watched'?
tell me what about it is crap
exactly!!! This guy s a fucking tool!!!
pedestrian storylines of a cop vs drug dealers..
its not engaging as a break through experience as many say it is..
alot of histrionic acting by all the supporting players..
cranston does hold the the show together
I'm not sure if "over wrought" is one or two words, but I am 100% sure "a lot" is two words.
I tried to watch it twice tonight.
I failed both times.
I have no idea what's going on - I'll watch it on Rogers tomorrow with the doors locked, and the kids are at school.
Please, without getting all viciously defensive, explain what is so outstanding and exceptional about this show?
Its pretty obvious the writers' influences are all the tv shows they watched. Nothing new here
I gave it a shot, it wasn't interesting to me. I did however like it better than Duck Dynasty.
good story line, surprising plot twists, well developed characters, great dialogue.
The rest of it sucks though.
The mistake you're making is trying to come in anywhere near season 5. If you start back from the first episode, you see a man who's about to lose everything become the greatest evil mastermind since Scarface. He becomes powerful for his family, giving up his humanity. The 4'th season is probably the best written show on TV since the Wire. It's amazing, but again, you need the prior seasons to connect the dots.
The last 3 or 4 episodes have been the culmination of 4 seasons of lies, tricks, mind games and flat out one lucky break after another. Walter White could be you or me, given the right situation, and that's the beauty.
All that ass kissing aside, I'm not enjoying the last few as much. I've seen lots of complaints that the writers can't write for women at all ( Skyler and Marie have always sucked ), and Lydia has been no better. In fact, Marie used to be a whacko petty criminal, and now she's the " saint " of the family. All in she's a shitty character. Todd went from being an immature ass who should have been shot, to now the master cook (@ 74% purity).
Looking at last nights episode, how do 6 guys with 2 semi-auto bushmasters face off against 2 cops, standing out in the open, one a cripple, and fire over 300 rounds and not hit a fricking thing? That had to be the lamest shoot out in the history of the big screen. Looked like an episode out of the "A Team". Sad really, first shot should have hit Hank square between the eyes. So cook percentage is 74%, fire arm accuracy .00001%. Ya that all makes sense.
Not to mention the amount of lead pumped into the engine bay didn't ignite a fuel line?
